NBA Season Preview - New York Knicks
By Joe Caporoso on Tuesday, October 8 2013

Last Season - 54 wins, 28 losses - Defeated by Pacers in six games in Eastern Conference Semifinals

Key Additions - Metta World Peace, Andrea Bargnani, Beno Udrih

Key Subtractions - Jason Kidd, Chris Copeland, Steve Novak

The Prediction - After the team's best season in over a decade, the Knicks only did a little bit of roster tinkering this summer. Metta World Peace will bring veteran toughness and defense to the bench, while former number top overall pick Andrea Bargnani will look to turn his career around in a new city. The Knicks have a deep, talented roster, but can they defend well enough to contend for a championship? Beyond that, Carmelo Anthony is going to need more help scoring in the playoffs. His supporting cast struggled last year in an eventual series loss to the Pacers.

51 wins, 31 losses, lose in Conference Semifinals
